walnut chocolate cookies-how desirably tempting it sounds..
bought the mixture without second thoughts..
wanted to make a whole big success out of it,
but turned out to be a major flop..
oh no no no..
the base was badly burnt, but the cookie was still too soft and moist..
and this has never happened before...
BUT despite three failed attempts of putting the dough into the oven to no avail...
i wont give up..
shall try making some brownies,cheesecakes,cakes...
when i'm richer=)
and most importantly!
the START FROM SCRATCH mango pudding tt eunice's mum always make
tt are so deliciously yummy...
and with her secret receipe on my hand...
heh heh heh...
its cooking time..
But on second thoughts,
i think i'm better in fixing oriental home cooked meals..
like stir fry chicken in cashew nut, tomato paste tofu...
its been so long since i've cooked!
i must get that magic touch back...
and reign the kitchen...
hahaha..
