we finally met up,buddy!
after such a long long time..
despite our endless promises to meet up more frequently each hols..
haha..i always dunnoe why it seems so hard to meet up..
and though its for such a short period of time..
i still love it so muchhhh...
haha..my buddy's such a fun person to be with..
even hearing her adventures of the missing maid is so funny..
and how about the maid who started sharpening her knife in the middle of the night?
haha..we walked around in ikea..looking at so so many things,
i feel like refurbishing my room and giving it a new look with a theme..
but judging from how broke i am now,
this major project will still take some time..
the lamps are so so nice..i wish i could bring them home..
i nearly bought one home..when pq reminded me it will cost a hefty $3o over dollars..
doesnt sound too cheap for someone who's not earning much..
and the posters were so nice we wished we could afforD!
those black and white pictures of people,children,cars..
colourful pictures of vintage cars,tranquil scenery...
and our fav-the black and white picture of a busy new york street lookalike..
how very nice..would give my room a tastefully new look...
but in the end..poor us decided to take some photos of the posters instead..
haha..and the one we loved most..was the one we didnt take photos oF!
cos the lighting was too poor..
& the funniest part was..
we were supposed to shop around for weilin and lay theng's long overdue present..
only to find ourselves shopping for our own stuff..
which we eventually did..by buying a heart shape frame for ourselves..=p=p
buddy..we must meet again to shop for their presents someday!
i think we could rant on forever..
and thinking about ikea brings back such fond memories..
the hotdogs and the FINGER PUPPETS!i wonder if chuen boon still loves his queen lay theng...
hahaha...
